The reigning Miss Universe, Amelia Vega of the Dominican Republic, will join the jury for the Miss Hanoi – Vietnam 2003 Contest, which began December 16.
The Folklore of Quang Ngai Seaside Residents, a research paper by Nguyen Dang Vu received the “A” second prize of the Vietnam Folklore Arts Association on December 12. Just as in the previous year, the judges awarded no first prize.
